Risen Energy presents future-ready solar and storage technologies at Intersolar Europe 2025
Risen Energy, a leading manufacturer of photovoltaic modules and energy storage solutions, is arriving at Intersolar Europe 2025 in Munich, from May 7th to 9th, with a clear objective: to solidify its position as a comprehensive energy solutions provider. In response to tightening margins in photovoltaic module manufacturing and the growing demand for integrated solutions, the company will highlight its energy storage offerings for Utility and C&I (Commercial & Industrial) applications, with over 3 GWh already in operation outside of China. Visitors are invited to explore Risen Energy’s cutting-edge solutions at Booth A1.370.
Strengthening presence in Europe
Risen Energy is also reinforcing its presence in Europe with the opening of its new headquarters in Madrid. The decision to establish this strategic hub reflects the company’s commitment to addressing the growing solar energy market in the region, capitalizing on the favorable policy environment focused on decarbonization and the energy transition. This move positions Risen Energy as a key player in the European market, enabling more agile and personalized service for its customers across the continent.
Expectations for Intersolar Europe 2025
Ahead of the event, Daniel Martínez, Managing Director of Risen Energy EU, shared his thoughts: “This year, our participation at the fair will be instrumental in reinforcing Risen Energy as a comprehensive energy solutions provider. With the growing demand for more sustainable and efficient solutions, our innovations in energy storage and HJT (Heterojunction) technology will take center stage.” The company is committed to offering products and solutions that contribute to the global energy transition while meeting the unique needs of each market.
In order to strengthen this, Risen Energy continues to invest in innovation and the continuous improvement of its technologies, with HJT technology being one of the pillars of its value proposition. Martínez highlighted: “Our flagship product has gained the trust of an increasing number of customers due to its high efficiency, lower degradation, and more sustainable energy production—key factors in the transition to a cleaner and more efficient energy model.”
Risen Energy recently reached an impressive milestone with HJT-Perovskite tandem solar cells, achieving an efficiency of 30.99%. This breakthrough not only enhances product efficiency and sustainability but also lowers the Levelized Cost of Energy (LCOE) and boosts overall energy production.
Energy storage strategy
Risen Energy has made significant strides in the energy storage market, strengthening its local presence in Europe. Since the opening of its Support Center in Madrid in the summer of 2024, the company has significantly increased its operational capacity, aiming to provide more agile and personalized service to its customers across the continent. Martínez noted, “The Madrid Support Center has become a key hub for addressing customer demands and delivering high-level technical solutions.”
Expansion plans in Europe
Europe remains a core focus in Risen Energy’s global strategy, and the company is continuously expanding its footprint. “We are strengthening our teams across major European markets to ensure we have highly qualified local talent that can provide tailored solutions to meet the specific needs of each market. With a strong portfolio of BESS projects across Europe, Risen Energy is solidifying its position as a strategic partner in the continent’s energy transition,” Martínez concluded.
